Ok on this piece all i did was add an image to the mans glasses. what i did was place an image, transform the image, change opacity, erase unnecessary sections around the glasses and finally change the blending mode on the "reflection" to screen and you end up with this.
I like that you kept the reflection on the glasses which helps add to the realism.
